About a Dress: Each Friday we take a sad dress and rip and snip and recycle until it is ready for another whirl in the fashion world. The 2nd pic is the before shot.

This blue dress had way too much fabric. We shortened the hem, recut the sleeves, and took in the sides. Wear it with Rachel Pfeffer's long triangle necklace, and a statement cocktail ring to run around the city and still look stunning. Also, belt it with skinny jeans and heels!
